I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the National Film and Sound Archive Act 2008.

1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the National Film and Sound Archive Regulations 2008.

2              Commencement

                These Regulations commence on the commencement of subsection 5 (1) of the Screen Australia Act 2008.

3              Definition

                In these Regulations:

Act means the National Film and Sound Archive Act 2008.

4              Restrictions on financial transactions

                For paragraphs 39 (1) (a) to (c) of the Act, the prescribed amount is $1 000 000.
