I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Screen Australia Act 2008.

1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the Screen Australia Regulations 2008.

2              Commencement

                These Regulations commence on the commencement of section 41 of the Screen Australia Act 2008.

3              Definition

                In these Regulations:

Act means the Screen Australia Act 2008.

4              Restrictions on financial transactions

                For paragraphs 41 (1) (a) to (c) of the Act, the prescribed amount is $1 000 000.
