This Determination transfers appropriations related to the transfer of Outcome 3 “Development of services and provision of a regulatory environment which encourages a sustainable and effective communications sector of the benefit of all Australian and an internationally competitive information economy and Information and Communications Technology industry” from the former Department of Communication, Technology and the Arts to the Department of Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy.
