This Determination transfers appropriations related to the transfer of the Radio Active Waste Management program and related functions from the former Department of Education, Science and Training to the Department of Resources, Energy and Tourism.

General Comments: (a) Nothing in clause 4 affects the validity of anything done under the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 Determination 2007/04 – Section 32 (Transfer from the Department of Education, Science and Training to the Department of Resources, Energy and Tourism). (b) Nothing in this Determination affects the validity of expenditure under an appropriation that existed at the time of the expenditure.
