1              Name of Determination

                This Determination is the Health Insurance (Dental Services) Amendment and Repeal Determination  2008.

2              Commencement

                This Determination commences as follows:

                 (a)     on 31 March 2008 — sections 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;

                (b)     on 1 July 2008 — section 4.

3              Amendment of Health Insurance (Dental Services) Determination 2007

                Schedule 1 amends the Health Insurance (Dental Services) Determination 2007.

4              Repeal of Health Insurance (Dental Services) Determination 2007

                The Health Insurance (Dental Services) Determination 2007 is repealed.

[1]           Paragraph 6 (d)

substitute

               (d)    the person is not an admitted patient of a hospital; and

                (e)    the person received a dental service to which an item in Schedule 1 applied before 31 March 2008.
