1              Name of Instrument

                This Instrument is the Guidelines for the Classification of Publications Amendment 2008 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

                This Instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3              Amendment of Guidelines for the Classification of Publications 2005

                Schedule 1 amends the Guidelines for the Classification of Publications 2005.
