Fuel Tax Act 2006

Road User Charge Determination 2008 (No. 1)

 

 

I, ANTHONY NORMAN ALBANESE, Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government, under subsection 43-10(5) of the Fuel Tax Act 2006 (the Act) DETERMINE that the amount of the Road User Charge for the purpose of subsection 43-10(3) of the Act is $0.21 per litre of taxable fuel.

 

On commencement of this Determination, Road User Charge Determination 2006 (No. 1) is revoked.

 

This Determination commences on 1 January 2009.
