Standard 1.1A.5 Food Standards as made
This Standard incorporates the warning statement requirements for condensed milks, modified milk and skim milk contained in Standard H1, Standard H3 and Standard H4 of the former Australia Food Standards Code and certain provisions in the New Zealand Food Regulations (1984). During that two-year period, modified milks such as skim milk must comply with the labelling requirements in this Standard or those contained in Standard 1.2.3. ‘Stock-in-trade’ provisions contained in Standard 1.1.1 should also be referred to. This Standard ceases to have effect two years from the commencement of alternative requirements elsewhere in this Code.
