This Declaration was originally made under paragraphs 21(1)(a) and (b) of the Prices Surveillance Act 1983 and is continued in force under subsections 95X(1) and (2) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (previously cited as the Trade Practices Act 1974) (see Schedule 2, Part 2 of the Trade Practices Legislation Amendment Act 2003 for transitional provisions.)
