This instrument amends the National Capital Plan (December 1990) to include provisions to clarify that the National Capital Plan allows for the temporary and short term enclosure of limited areas within parklands around the shores of Lake Burley Griffin for the purpose of conducting time limited events, and enables the charging of entry fees to these enclosed areas for the duration of these events.
