These Regulations amend the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Regulations 1995 to make minor administrative amendments to the methyl bromide exemption and supplier lists for 2008, updating codes of practice for refrigeration and airconditioning industry and the inclusion of a partial waiver for specified pre-charged equipment.

1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Amendment Regulations 2007 (No. 2).

2              Commencement

                These Regulations commence on 1 January 2008.

3              Amendment of Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Regulations 1995

                Schedule 1 amends the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Regulations 1995.

               (b)    for the year 2006 — the document called Exemption List for Non‑QPS Applications of Methyl Bromide in 2006, published by the Department, as in force on 15 September 2006; and

                (c)    for the year 2007 — the document called Exemption List for Non‑QPS Applications of Methyl Bromide in 2007, published by the Department, as in force on 1 January 2007; and
