Financial Management and Accountability Determination 2007/18 - Other Trust Moneys – Office of Workplace Services Special Account Variation and Abolition 2007

This Determination varies the Determination by the Minister for Finance and Administration under section 20 of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997, made on 12 July 2006 to ensure the balance standing to the credit of this special account reduces to zero, at which time abolition of it will occur.

General Comments: This Determination takes effect on the day immediately after the last day on which a House of Parliament could have passed a resolution disallowing it (see s 22(4) of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997).

The Other Trust Moneys – Office of Workplace Services Special Account is abolished with effect from the time at which:
(a) Schedule 1 has taken effect; and
(b) the balance of the appropriation for the Other Trust Moneys – Office of Workplace Services Special Account reaches zero.
