These Rules amend the Family Law Rules 2004 to remove the requirement to file a section 60I(7) certificate (or affidavit in support of exemption) with an application in a case that is filed after 1 July 2007.

1              Name of Rules

                These Rules are the Family Law Amendment Rules 2007 (No. 2).

2              Commencement

                These Rules commence on the day after they are registered.

3              Amendment of Family Law Rules 2004

                Schedule 1 amends the Family Law Rules 2004.
