This Exemption ends on: (a) 31st July 2015; or (b) in respect of the individual goods described in subparagraphs 1(i), (ii) and (iii) above: • The date when the goods described at subparagraph 1(i) are entered on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods with an indication for the treatment of arsenic poisoning ; • The date when the goods described at subparagraph 1(ii) are entered on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods with an indication for vaccination against anthrax infection; • The date when the goods described at subparagraph 1(iii) are entered on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods with an indication for the prophylactic treatment of contamination by radioactive isotopes; whichever occurs first in relation to each of the three goods described in this paragraph.
