Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Amendment Act 2006

I, PROFESSOR MARIE BASHIR, AC, CVO, Deputy for the Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 3 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Amendment Act 2006, fix 1 July 2007 as the day on which items 4A to 4C of Schedule 1 to that Act commence.
