DETERMINATION UNDER PARAGRAPH 15(l)(b) No. 1 of 2007

The AUSTRALIAN COMPETITION & CONSUMER COMMISSION ('the ACCC') makes this determination under paragraph 15(l)(b) of the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Charges) Act 1997 and determines that the proportion of the ACCC's costs for the 2005-06 financial year that is attributable to the ACCC's telecommunications functions and powers is $8,882,889.
