TARIFF CONCESSION ORDER

Under Section 269P of the Customs Act 1901, I, Stephen Clarke, a delegate of the Chief Executive Officer declare that the goods specified in Column 1 of THE TABLE are goods to which the item in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 specified in Column 2 of THE TABLE applies.  This Order shall have effect from 01.02.01 and continue in force until revoked under sections 269SC or 269SD of the Act, or the date, if any, specified in Column 2.

 Australian Standard 2359 Part 7 - 1995, having ALL of the following:
   (a) a load capacity exceeding 1 200 kg but less than 1 800 kg at a
       500 mm load centre;
   (b) operator position facing the forward direction of travel;
   (c) height with collapsed mast of less than 3 m;
   (d) a wheelbase exceeding 1150 mm but less than 1450 mm;
   (e) a battery powered 48 volt electrical system
