Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Application Charge) Determination 2007

Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Charges) Act 1997

The AUSTRALIAN COMMUNICATIONS AND MEDIA AUTHORITY makes this Determination under section 9 of the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Charges) Act 1997.

1              Name of Determination

                This Determination is the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Application Charge) Determination 2007.

2              Commencement

                This Determination commences on 1 July 2007.

3              Carrier licence application charge

                The amount of charge imposed on an application for a carrier licence under section 7 of the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Charges) Act 1997 is $2 500.

4              Revocation

                The Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Application Charge) Determination 2004 is revoked.
