Direction under section 32, Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 - Adjustments of Appropriations on Change of Agency Functions (No. 10 of 2002-2003)

This Direction provides that equity injections appropriation of $53,321,000 in Appropriation Act (No. 2) 2002-03 and non-lapsing appropriation from prior years of $8,300,000, provided to the Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs, be transferred to the Department of Finance and Administration.

General Comments: This Direction was made under section 32 of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997. Despite the repeal and substitution of the section made by Schedule 1, item 9 of the Financial Framework Legislation Amendment Act (No. 1) 2007 (Act No. 166 of 2007) C2007A00166, section 32 of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 (as in force immediately before the commencement of that item) continues to apply after that commencement in relation to a change in function that occurred before that commencement (see Schedule 1, item 17 of the Financial Framework Legislation Amendment Act (No. 1) 2007 (Act No. 166 of 2007) C2007A00166).

Quantity and Options

The standard production is either A4 or B5 size, conforming with the original document specifications, with a cardboard cover and stapled or perfect bound depending on the number of pages in the document. The covers are produced in black and white and, if 144 pages or more, will have the title on the spine.

There are number of options available at an additional cost that can be selected when placing an order. There are also options available to request special cover artwork or courier delivery. Some options will require you to contact LitSupport (TIMG) first to discuss your requirements and request a quote.
