This Management Plan describes the philosophy and direction of management for the Uluru - Kata Tjuta National Park for the next 7 years in accordance with the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999. The plan enables management to proceed in an orderly way; it helps reconcile competing interests and identifies priorities for the allocation of available resources.

General Comments: The Uluru - Kata Tjuta National Park Plan of Management was made under section 11 of the National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act 1975, and pursuant to Part 2 of Schedule 4 of the Environmental Reform (Consequential Provisions) Act 1999, the Plan of Management is continued in force under section 370 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999. The instrument was approved by the Minister for the Environment and Heritage on 15 March 2000: See Supporting Material.

Quantity and Options

The standard production is either A4 or B5 size, conforming with the original document specifications, with a cardboard cover and stapled or perfect bound depending on the number of pages in the document. The covers are produced in black and white and do not have the title on the spine. Different binding options are available at an additional cost, these options can be selected below. The drilling option provides either the standard 4 hole pattern on A4 size copies or the legal 4 hole pattern on B5 size copies.
