This instrument adopts 23 recovery plans, prepared by States or Territories, for listed threatened species or ecological communities, pursuant to section 269A(7) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.

General Comments: The Recovery Plan for the Bridled Nailtail Wallaby (Onychogalea fraenata) 1997-2001 was repealed by Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 - section 269A - Instrument repealing and adopting Recovery Plans (10/11/2006) (NSW, NT, Qld) on 10/11/2006. The Recovery Plan for the Bald-tip Beard Orchid (Calochilus richiae) 2000 (adopted on 14 July 2001) is revoked by the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act - section 269A - Instrument Adopting and Revoking Recovery Plans (01/03/2010) (QLD, VIC, WA) with effect from 12/03/2010. The Recovery Plan Milne, T., Hutchinson, M. and Clarke, .S. (2000). Recovery Plan for the Pygmy Bluetongue Lizard Tiliqua adelaidensis, Environment Australia, Canberra is revoked by Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 - section 269A - Instrument Adopting and Revoking Recovery Plans (NSW, QLD, SA, TAS and WA) (06/07/2012) with effect from 24/07/2012. The Recovery Plan Recovery Plan for the Southern Corroboree Frog (Pseudophryne corroboree) prepared by NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service (November 2000) is revoked by Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 - section 269A - Instrument Adopting and Revoking Recovery Plans (NSW, SA and WA) (10/09/2012) with effect from 19/09/2012.
