These Recovery Plans: Trout Cod Recovery Plan DNRE (1998) (adopted 9 March 2001), Sunshine Diuris Recovery Plan DNRE (1998) (adopted 9 March 2001) and Mahogany Glider Recovery Plan QPWS (2000) (adopted 9 March 2001) are revoked by the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 - section 269A - Instrument Repealing Superseded Recovery Plans (25/05/2008) (VIC, QLD) with effect from 25/05/2008.
