This instrument was made under the States Grants (Primary and Secondary Education Assistance) Act 1996. The States Grants (Primary and Secondary Education Assistance) Act 1996 was repealed by the States Grants (Primary and Secondary Education Assistance) Legislation Amendment Act 2004. This instrument continued in force, firstly, under section 124 of the States Grants (Primary and Secondary Education Assistance) Act 2000 and currently is continued in force under section 148 of the Schools Assistance (Learning Together - Achievement through Choice and Opportunity) Act 2004.
