(1)      For expenditure relating to:-

(a)          The provision of protective, guarding security and related services by the APS to the Commonwealth or to a Commonwealth body or to a company over which the Commonwealth or a Commonwealth body is able to exercise control, inside or outside Australia, and matters related thereto;

(b)          The provision of services referred to in (a) above to any other person or persons, inside or outside Australia, and matters related thereto.

(c)          Reimbursement of any payments made on behalf of the APS up to 31 December 1992 out of moneys standing to the credit of the DAS Business Services Trust Account

(2)      Expenditure comprising payments of moneys to the Consolidated Revenue Fund other than payment of a type expressly required to be paid to that fund under legislation.

Young Endeavour Youth Program Operating Fund Account

For expenditure in relation to:

(a)          the payment to suppliers or to the Consolidated Revenue Fund of moneys due in connection with the operation and activities of the STS Young Endeavour;

(b)          the payment of refunds to persons entitles to such refunds in connection with the operation and activities of the STS Young Endeavour; and

(c)          the payment of moneys as specified by the Young Endeavour Youth Program Board of Management, for purposes relating to the operation of the Young Endeavour, or by the Commonwealth.

(b)      the provision of services referred to in (a) above and matters incidental thereto, to any other person or persons, inside or outside Australia.
