General Comments: This Determination takes effect on the day immediately after the last day on which a House of Parliament could have passed a resolution disallowing it (see s 22(4) of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997). This Determination abolishes the Lady Davidson Repatriation Hospital Reserve established by the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 - Initial Determination to Establish Components of the Reserved Money Fund (31/12/1997) (see FRLI No. F2006B11719).

SUBSECTION 20(4) OF THE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT 1997

DETERMINATION TO ABOLISH THE LADY DAVIDSON REPATRIATION HOSPITAL RESERVE

 

 

 

I, Dean Kingsley Wallace, Special Adviser, Financial Framework Branch, pursuant to powers delegated to me by the Finance Chief Executive under section 53 of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997, for the purposes of subsection 20(4) of that Act, determine that the Lady Davidson Repatriation Hospital Reserve is abolished.
