I, NICK MINCHIN, Minister for Finance and Administration, make this Determination under subsection 20 (3) of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997.

1              Name of Determination

                This Determination is the Financial Management and Accountability (Determination 2004/15 — Federation Fund Account) Abolition 2004.

Note   This Determination shall commence on the day that it is made.

2              Abolition of Federation Fund Account

                The Federation Fund Account, administered by the Department of the Environment and Heritage, is abolished.
