1              Name of Determination

                This Determination is the Financial Management and Accountability (Determination 2004/10 — Commonwealth Parliamentary Association Conference and Seminar Contributions Account) Abolition 2004.

Note   This Determination shall commence on the day that it is made.

2              Abolition of Commonwealth Parliamentary Association Conference and Seminar Contributions Account

                The Commonwealth Parliamentary Association Conference and Seminar Contributions Account is abolished with effect from the time at which the balance of the appropriation for the Account reaches zero.
