Proclamation

I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 2 (1) of the Electoral and Referendum Amendment (Electoral Integrity and Other Measures) Act 2006, fix 21 November 2006 as the day on which items 17 to 19 of Schedule 1 to that Act commence.
