Financial Management and Accountability Determination 2006/63 - Business Services Trust Account Variation and Abolition 2006

This Determination varies the Business Services Trust Account and sets out the conditions under which the Business Services Trust Account will be abolished.

General Comments: This Determination takes effect on the day immediately after the last day on which a House of Parliament could have passed a resolution disallowing it (see s 22(4) of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997).

The Business Services Trust Account is abolished with effect from the time at which:
(a) Schedule 1 has taken effect; and
(b) the balance of the appropriation for the Business Services Trust Account reaches zero.
Exempt from sunsetting by the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 s 20(6), Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 s 20(7)
