These Regulations amend the Family Law Regulations 1984 to increase the divorce fee in the Family Court of Western Australia and the Court of Petty Sessions of Norfolk Island. This will align the filing fee for divorce applications across jurisdictions.

1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the Family Law Amendment Regulations 2006 (No. 2).

2              Commencement

                These Regulations commence on 9 October 2006.

3              Amendment of Family Law Regulations 1984

                Schedule 1 amends the Family Law Regulations 1984.
