I, Bruce Billson, Minister for Veterans’ Affairs, in accordance with subsection 286(3)

of the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004 (the Act), hereby approve

the attached Instrument - the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation (MRCA Treatment Principles – HomeFront Subsidy Increase) Instrument 2006 No.M10 - that varies the MRCA Treatment Principles prepared by the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Commission under paragraph 286(1)(a) of the Act.
