Financial Management and Accountability Determination 2006/44 - National Youth Affairs Research Scheme Account Variation and Abolition 2006

This Determination varies the National Youth Affairs Research Scheme Account and sets out the conditions under which the National Youth Affairs Research Scheme Account will be abolished.

General Comments: This Determination takes effect on the day immediately after the last day on which a House of Parliament could have passed a resolution disallowing it (see s 22(4) of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997).

The National Youth Affairs Research Scheme Account is abolished with effect from the time at which:
(a) Schedule 1 has taken effect; and
(b) the balance of the appropriation for the National Youth Affairs Research Scheme Account reaches zero.
Exempt from sunsetting by the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 s 20(6), Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 s 20(7)
