This Determination revokes Reporting Standard ARS 326.0 (2005) - Offshore Banking Units with effect from 1 July 2006. For transitional arrangments relating to the revocation see section 14 of this Determination. Reporting Standard ARS 326.0 - Offshore Banking Units contained in this Determination is revoked by Financial Sector (Collection of Data) (reporting standard) determination No. 42 of 2008 with effect from 1 April 2008.
