Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Amendment Regulations 2006 (No. 1)

These Regulations amend the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Regulations 1997 (CAC Regs) to remove references to the Australian Trade Commission and the National Occupational Health and Safety Commission. Both of these bodies are no longer Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997 bodies and as such the references to these bodies in the CAC Regs are no longer required.

General Comments: These Regulations commence on the commencement of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Australian Trade Commission Legislation Amendment Act 2006.
