I, HELEN LLOYD COONAN, Minister for Communications, Information Technology and the Arts, having considered factors that are relevant to achieving objects of the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Act 1999, make this instrument of revocation under section 15 of that Act.

1       Name of instrument

This instrument is the Special Digital Data Service Provider Determination Revocation 2006 (No. 1).

2       Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

3               Revocation

The Special Digital Data Service Provider Determination 2002 (No. 1) published in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette of 22 May 2002 is revoked.
