Financial Management and Accountability Determination 2006/09 — Australian and New Zealand Environment Council Fund Account Abolition 2006

I, NICK MINCHIN, Minister for Finance and Administration, make this Determination under subsection 20 (3) of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997.

1              Name of Determination

                This Determination is the Financial Management and Accountability Determination 2006/09 — Australian and New Zealand Environment Council Fund Account Abolition 2006.

2              Commencement

                This Determination shall come into effect upon registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

3              Abolition

                The Australian and New Zealand Environment Council Fund Account is abolished.
