I, NICK MINCHIN, Minister for Finance and Administration, make this Determination under subsection 20 (3) of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997.

1              Name of Determination

                This Determination is the Financial Management and Accountability Determination 2006/08 — Regional Telecommunications Infrastructure Account Abolition 2006.

2              Commencement

                This Determination shall come into effect upon registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

3              Abolition

                The Regional Telecommunications Infrastructure Account is abolished.
