1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the Seafarers Rehabilitation and Compensation Levy Amendment Regulations 2006 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

                These Regulations commence on 1 April 2006.

3              Amendment of Seafarers Rehabilitation and Compensation Levy Regulations 2002

                Schedule 1 amends the Seafarers Rehabilitation and Compensation Levy Regulations 2002.
