I, BRONWYN KATHLEEN BISHOP, Minister for Aged Care, make this Determination under subsection 13 (1) of the Hearing Services Administration Act 1997.

1              Name of Determination

                This Determination is the Hearing Services (Participants in the Voucher System) Amendment Determination 2000 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

                This Determination commences on 1 July 2000.

3              Amendment of Hearing Services (Participants in the Voucher System) Determination 1997

                Schedule 1 amends the Hearing Services (Participants in the Voucher System) Determination 1997.
