Revocation of the Guide to the Assessment of Rates of Veterans' Pensions (1994) under section 29 of the Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986 (No. 8 of 1997)

Revokes the former Guide to the Assessment of Rates of Veterans' Pensions (1994) and applies the new Guide to a decision of the Repatriation Commission, the Veterans' Review Board and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and also sets out rules for assessing the degree of incapacity of a person.
