I, NICHOLAS HUGH MINCHIN, Minister for Finance and Administration, make this Declaration under section 3 of the Superannuation Act 1990.

1              Name of Declaration

                This Declaration is the Superannuation (PSS) Approved Authority Inclusion Amendment Declaration 2004 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

                This Declaration is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2004.

3              Amendment of Superannuation (PSS) Approved Authority Inclusion Declaration

                Schedule 1 amends the Superannuation (PSS) Approved Authority Inclusion Declaration.
