This Declaration amends the Superannuation (CSS) Approved Authority Declaration by adding Adelaide Symphony Orchestra Pty Ltd, Health Services Australia Ltd, Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, and Symphony Australia Holdings Pty Ltd to the list of approved authorities for the purposes of the Superannuation Act 1976.

Superannuation (CSS) Approved Authority Declaration2 (Amendment)

I, JOHN JOSEPH FAHEY, Minister for Finance, make the following Declaration under subsection 3 (1) of the Superannuation Act 1976.

1.   Commencement

1.1   This Declaration is taken to have commenced on 1 July 1997.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Superannuation (CSS) Approved Authority Declaration is amended as set out in this Declaration.

3.   Clause 4 (Approved authorities)

3.1   After:

“ACTEW Corporation Limited”,

insert:

“Adelaide Symphony Orchestra Pty Ltd.”.

3.2   After:

“Grains Research and Development Corporation”,

insert:

“Health Services Australia Ltd.”.

3.3   After:

“Meat Research Corporation”,

insert:

“Melbourne Symphony Orchestra”

3.4   After:

“Sydney Symphony Orchestra Holdings Pty Limited”,

insert:

“Symphony Australia Holdings Pty Ltd.”.
