The declarations, as Antarctic specially protected areas, of the areas described in Parts 25, 27, 44, 46 and 50 of Schedule 1 of this Proclamation cease to have effect at the end of 31 December 2010. This Proclamation revokes the declarations (other than the declaration, as an Antarctic specially protected area, of the area described, in the Proclamation made under the Act on 4 December 1980, as Antarctic specially protected area No. 4) taken, under subsection 8(5) of the Act, to have been made by a Proclamation or Proclamations made on 24 November 2002.
