These Regulations prescribe a number of bodies for the purposes of paragraph 59(7)(c) of the Australian Crime Commission Act. The Regulations provide for the Australian Crime Commission to disseminate information to the bodies prescribed in certain circumstances.

1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the Australian Crime Commission Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

                These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

3              Amendment of Australian Crime Commission Regulations 2002

                Schedule 1 amends the Australian Crime Commission Regulations 2002.
