I, NICK MINCHIN, Minister for Finance and Administration, make this Determination under subsection 20 (3) of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997.

1              Name of Determination

                This Determination is the Financial Management and Accountability Determination 2005/18 — Nationally Funded Medical Specialty Centres Account Abolition 2005.

Note   This Determination shall commence on the day that it is made.

2              Abolition of Nationally Funded Medical Specialty Centres Account

                The Nationally Funded Medical Specialty Centres Account is abolished.
