1              Name of Determination

                Financial Management and Accountability Determination 2005/06 — Services for Other Government and Non-Agency Bodies Account Abolition 2005 – Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission.

Note   This Determination shall commence on the day that it is made.

2              Abolition of Services for Other Government and Non-Agency Bodies Account

                The Services for Other Government and Non-Agency Bodies Account that was formerly administered by the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission is abolished.
