SLI 2005 No. 241 Regulations as made
These Regulations amend the ACIS Administration Regulations 2000 which previously did not allow, in certain places, for claims for ACIS credits to be made after 31 December 2005. The aim of this amendment to the Regulations is to allow ACIS participants to claim certain ACIS credits, relating to investment in plant and equipment, until ACIS terminates on 31 December 2015.

1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the ACIS Administration Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

                These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

3              Amendment of ACIS Administration Regulations 2000

                Schedule 1 amends the ACIS Administration Regulations 2000.
