These Regulations amend the Electronic Transactions Regulations 2000 to remove Item 11 of Schedule 1, which exempts the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act 1994 from certain parts of the Electronic Transactions Act 1999.

1              Name of Regulations

                These Regulations are the Electronic Transactions Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

                These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 1 July 2005.

3              Amendment of Electronic Transactions Regulations 2000

                Schedule 1 amends the Electronic Transactions Regulations 2000.
