1               Name of Determination

This Determination is the Universal Service Subsidies (2004-05 Extended Zones) Determination (No. 1) 2002 (Amendment No. 1 of 2005).

2               Commencement

This Determination commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

3     Amendment of the Universal Service Subsidies (2004-05 Extended Zones) Determination (No. 1) 2002
