AGED CARE ACT 1997

 

Determination under section 44-8A

 

 

I, JULIE BISHOP, Minister for Ageing, acting under paragraph 44-8A(3)(b) of the Aged Care Act 1997 (“the Act”), REVOKE, immediately before 1 July 2005, Determination ACA Ch.3 No.18/2004 and DETERMINE, commencing on 1 July 2005, that the amounts of CHARGE EXEMPT RESIDENT SUPPLEMENT for a particular day are as follows.

 

 

1.      For a day after 30 June 2005, where the charge exempt resident is not an assisted resident, the amount of $16.56;

 

2.      For a day after 30 June 2005, where the charge exempt resident is an assisted resident, the amount of $9.74.
